Interstate Hotels and Resorts is actively seeking a Learning / Talent Development Specialist who is creative, vibrant, and passionate about new ways of sharing knowledge

The Learning & Development Specialist assists with:

Design and develop Learning and Talent Development Programs

  • Manage Learning Management System
  • Represent learning in company-wide project efforts
  • Engage and lead corporate team members on training projects
  • Facilitate training (classroom and virtual classroom)
  • Analyze learning outcome

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of Articulate Studio, Storyline, Camtasia, and Audacity software programs

Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels within the organization with Positive, energetic and promotes the company culture and competencies.

2 years of internal / external consulting preferred

Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
