This position requires a seasoned Human Resources generalist .The ideal candidate will have New York City union experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry. Working knowledge of the current Industry-Wide Agreement (IWA) is beneficial. The individual will also have strong recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations skills and should be hospitality / service-oriented with an aptitude for strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity with workplace safety programs as well as hospitality based training programs are a plus. Knowledge of WorkDay and ADP TimeSaver is desirable. Must have proficiency with MS Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications. Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
