BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for the development, execution and measurement of revenue strategies to optimize rooms revenue through major distribution channels, including GDS, Central and/or On-Property Reservations, Third Party sites, Sales and Catering Management and Front Office Systems.

Providing extraordinary service to our guests, our Room Service Services provide guests with a 4 star luxury in room dining experience as requested throughout their stay. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge and descriptions of all menu items, including wine, beer and assisting with recommendations, including knowledge of service times. This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, utilizing the guest name, and assisting with taking guest orders, to include room number, number of persons dining and quoting delivery time. Once the meal is prepared you will be responsible to deliver and serve the guests.
