JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Manager

BASIC PURPOSE: Assist Food and Beverage Manager with overall operation of the Restaurant. Monitor floor during hours of operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor the Restaurant throughout hours of operation to provide high levels of quality service.
Be highly visible; interact with guests and associates; react quickly to items of concern. (55%)
2. Maintain safety and sanitation standards to provide associates and guests with a safe environment by: (15%)
a. Adhering to local and state sanitation/safety regulations
b. Posting sidework duties and checking daily
c. Develop cleaning schedules and complete schedule checklist
3. Ensure that service staff provides responsible service of alcoholic beverages. (5%)
4. Maintain physical appearance of the Restaurant and bar equipment in good working condition through checklist and work order procedures. Complete weekly inspections. (10%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Understand procedures for, and assist with, period-end inventory, maintenance of perpetual log and bar pars. (2%)
2. Assist in ordering and receiving requisitions and maintain security of wine inventory. (3%)
3. Assist in training and orientation of new associates. (10%)
